Does Orvella include time tracking?

Optionally. The Orvella web platform manages leave; the optional Orvella Time desktop app (Windows and macOS) adds work-time and activity tracking that flows into the same dashboard. You can use leave management without it.

Can I turn features on or off per team?

Yes. Leave types, accrual rules, approval steps, and tracking are all configurable, and admins control exactly what managers are allowed to do.

Do features differ by plan?

Core leave management is on every plan. Growth adds two-level approvals, automatic accruals, banked time, and reports; Enterprise adds SSO/SCIM and custom roles.
