Orvella is a leave and HR management platform operated from orvellahr.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website or use the product, and how we use it.

  • Account & HR data you or your employer enter — names, work email, roles, time-off requests, balances, and approvals.
  • Usage analytics — pages visited, time on page, referrer, and approximate interactions, so we can improve the product.
  • Device & network data — IP address, browser, operating system, and device type, collected automatically when you visit.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, operate your workspace, send transactional emails (requests, approvals, invites, reminders), understand product usage, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies & local storage

We use first-party storage to keep you signed in and to assign an anonymous visitor/session identifier for analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention & your rights

We keep data for as long as your workspace is active. Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.
